This seminar is designed for trucking, construction or other company supervisors, managers or executives who employ "commercial motor vehicle drivers" and are subject to the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations CFR 49.

Seminar Description
|

The seminar will consist of an in-depth review of the anatomy of a Federal Motor
Carrier Safety Administration Compliance Review and how to successfully survive
one.
Additionally, a review of the compliance requirements of CFR 49, the Federal
Motor Carriers Safety Regulations (FMCSR), which cover all employers who operate
"commercial motor vehicles", will be conducted.
This is a full-day seminar, beginning at 8:00 am and
concluding at 5:00 pm. There are hourly breaks and a lunch break from 12:00 pm -
1:00 pm.
All necessary classroom materials will be provided.
Refreshments will be served in the morning and afternoon. Lunch is on your own.
