Do I have to sign anything?
Yes.... We will draft a Drug & Alcohol Testing Providers Agreement which is required by the regulations. This agreement will become part of your Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Binder.

How much do the services cost?
As we said earlier, the entire program is based on a flat fee, per test. This includes all elements of the drug & alcohol testing program including blind specimen and split specimen testing. Taking the whole program into account, the program is a real value...

How often will I be billed?
SafeTrac Solutions will bill you once a month for all of the drug & alcohol testing services completed in the previous month. Any services in progress will not be billed until they are complete.....

Can I Do My Own Specimen Collections?
If you would like to do your own specimen collections we can provide you with the necessary testing supplies...... If you do your own specimen collections, the per test price per test is lower.

Should I Do My Own Specimen Collections?
At best the drug & alcohol testing program is a personally intrusive process. Although drivers have accepted testing as part of the job, they still don't like their privacy intruded upon. Because of this, SafeTrac Solutions recommends that companies stay arms-length from the testing process. It is best to leave specimen collection to the health care professionals who can accomplish this sensitive matter with professionalism and personal dignity. Although you may think you are saving money by doing your own collection, if you add the real costs and the possible morale problems this can cause, you really don't save anything.

Many companies do their own collections and are satisfied with the procedure. If they're comfortable with it, we respect that.

Shat supplies will SafeTrac Solutions provide?
Once we get you setup as a Drug & Alcohol Testing services client, we will provide you with:

• Convenient Collection Site(s). We will set up sites that work for you. Sites that are close and convenient to your operations.
• Control & Custody Forms and Instructions. You will get a supply of control and custody forms to give to employees going in for testing. Attached to the forms will be collection site protocol which dramatically reduces the potential for error in the collection process.
• Specimen Kits. We can provide both you and the collection site with specimen collection kits.
• Semi-Annual Reports. We will provide you with the required semi-annual lab reports.
• Annual Reports. We will provide you with the MIS Annual Report containing all of the statistical information. All you have to do is enter your company information and your done.
• Random Pool. We will establish either your own company pool or place your covered employees in a consortium pool.
• Random Selection Generation. Each quarter we will provide you with a list of Randomly generated names and alternates for testing.
• Company Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Binder. We will provide you with a comprehensive policy book which covers all elements of the Drug & Alcohol testing requirements.
